The room was quite big, and clean. The staff were always helpful and nice. Free wifi was okay in speed as well. Inside of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The bar in the hotel looks like a small library and it is perfect for a talk between few friends (or a couple).

Reasonable price, fully equipped apartment room. Good location, it's quite near the lake. There's nothing luxurious about this hotel but you'll get all the basics and the room is generally clean. They offered me a premium room with the view of the lake for free.

basically nearby to all modes of transportation, from airport to hotel and vice versa. Tourists were given a free geneva transport card which was really convenient. It is close to the seaside and we almost always start our day walking along the park to the old town. We never spare money for transportation during our stay. Room has a kitchenette but I did really enjoy the breakfast which was a variety. Staffs were accommodating.

The room was well equipped, big enough for our needs. Staff set us up with an extra fan which was perfect. The breakfast was well presented. The location was the big surprise! It is so close and walkable to everything we wanted to experience. It is definitely a place we would like to stay at in the future. The staff was friendly and helpful! The courtyard was a delight!

There was a Kitchenette in the room was very nice touch. Lovely comfortable large bed. Hotel in Good location. Near enough to everything. Lots of places to eat nearby. Not far from lake. Near bus and tram stops. Staff friendly. Can walk into main shopping area in about 20 to30 minutes. Room spacious. Everything needed was there. Breakfast good.

amazing location close to Lidl and local bars and restaurants, tram stop near by nr 15 and about 10 minutes walk to main station to take you anywhere in Geneva. Overall good hotel & nice staff . All rooms are with kitchen. Bonus everyday you can buy from reception fresh bakery.

Location was good, close to lake (a few minutes stroll) and tram. Only two stops from city or 10 mins to walk. The room was comfortable and we had views of the lake. Staff were friendly and efficient. Very considerate to us.

Everything was great, from the warm welcome of Jean-Pascal who helped us book a restaurant for my girlfriend birthday, gave us advice on where to go and what to visit, or just having a every day conversion with him. We can't thank him enough for having made our 1st holidays so special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, an extra point to the shower/bath, which has essential oil capsules and makes you feel like in a SPA. The location is very centrale, and the travel pass included with the room allowed us to visit more of the city. Will definitely recommend and come back next time we're in Geneva.

The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, with big windows and great bathroom and kitchen. Very close to the lake, close to a small beach for swimming, the train station, the tram (no15) and the bus stop (no25 & No1) also very close. There is a taxi boat (M4) that makes it easy to go across the lake. For the end, all the staff very friendly and with big smiles! The hotel was pet friendly, and the staff also🥰 Merci beaucoup !

The staff were, without exception, wonderful. Delightful greeting on our arrival from Pascal on reception. Thank you! Pascal continued to willingly help and guide us throughout our stay. Breakfast staff so kind and friendly. As were the ladies who cleaned our room. Yes, the hotel is a little dated but not an issue as we couldn't fault the facilities and everything was spotlessly clean etc . The Drake certainly ticked all boxes for us. Eg..so few hotels provide a bath tub these days! And a little kitchenette! Most comfortable bedroom. Breakfast great. 5 mins walk to Lakeside. Gorgeous lakeside walks in either direction. Convenience- Last day, it took us 35 mins from door to door, hotel to airport using our free transport pass (arranged by the hotel)..... Tram line is 5 mins walk from hotel. No 15 tram to railway station (2 stops) then the airport train. I couldn't see the point in staying in any other location. Very central for everything but the bonus- on a side street and very quiet location. (Some of the most imposing, expensive hotels, equally central, are in very busy and noisy locations) We will definitely stay in the Drake next time.
